Here are some very rare photos of Ephraim Lewis, including candid photos submitted by friends, professional portraits and publicity photos, and video stills.

Tassos Patokos has mentioned that the artwork of all Ephraim's releases was done by Vaughan Oliver, the famous British designer. He is most known for making the sleeves for the influential label 4ad (Dead Can Dance, Cocteau Twins, Pixies and many many more).
